With Idea Exchange CEO Helen Kelly calling it “one-stop shopping for the community,” city council will look at a recommendation on Feb. 18 to move the design budget for the projected library in the southeast Galt lands to 2020 to allow for the integration of the Idea Exchange branch into the recreation complex.
