To what extent does not having a SIN and not filing taxes hinder access to government programs and supports like the Canada Learning Bond?

Join this WebEx learning series event, hosted by the Canada Education Savings Program at Employment and Social Development Canada in collaboration with Statistics Canada to learn more about the factors influencing SIN possession and tax-filing uptake in Canada.
