Ontario Education Minister Stephen Lecce says if school can’t return April 6 then the new learn-at-home program will be scaled up.
12:40 p.m.: Premier Doug Ford and Lecce announce measures so students can learn from home during the pandemic. Schools closed till at least April. An online portal is meant to address parents’ concerns that kids will fall behind during this period.
Many of the online activities are from TVO, Ontario’s public broadcaster.
