Annual General Meeting

The Annual General Meeting (AGM) is an important part of FOPL's governance process and provides members with an opportunity to participate in the organization's direction.

At the Annual General Meeting (AGM), members receive updates on FOPL’s activities and finances, review reports from the Board and working groups, consider resolutions, and participate in elections and other governance matters as required.

This page serves as a central hub for AGM information, including meeting notices, agenda packages, proxy forms, resolutions, and supporting documents. Current-year materials will be posted as they become available.

Only members in good standing are eligible to vote at the AGM.
