2015 Ontarians and their Views of Ontario’s Public Libraries – Poll

Ontarians and their Views of Ontario’s Public Libraries: The 2015 Market Probe Canada Poll

FOPL engaged Market Probe Canada to poll Ontarians about their views and attitudes about Ontario’s Public Libraries.  This updates FOPL’s 2000, 2006 and 2010 polls and we now have a 15 year record of changes in Ontario’s residents and their perceptions of Public Libraries.

An innovation this round was to supplement the telephone polling panel with a web survey panel to attract more feedback and reach new audiences.  We did a statistically valid poll using demographic sampling techniques and also over-sampled key communities including First Nations, Francophones and new Canadians.

Watch for free FOPL Webinars on these polls where we can present the highlights of these data and give you the opportunity to ask questions.  All FOPL Webinars are archived.
