Board of Directors
The Board shall meet no less than four times a year. Meetings of the Board may be held at any time and place to be determined by the Directors. The Chair or a majority of the number of Directors then provided in this By-law may call a meeting. Each Director is authorized to exercise one vote. The person chairing the meeting shall have the right to vote in the first instance, but shall not have the right to cast a second or casting vote at meetings of the Board.
