CBC has obtained a draft government news release that outlines some of the particulars for what services, businesses and activities are expected to be included in the Phase 1 re-opening being outlined by Premier Ford tomorrow.

In effect date remains unknown, as the draft news release CBC has access does not have that information included.

In the information thus far released by CBC, there is no reference to public libraries, or similar indoor community facilities. There is some discussion of outdoor sporting activities and clubs, as well as certain indoor/outdoor individual athletic competitions without spectators
