For 2019, our committee has identified a path forward to address these findings. We are proposing a province-wide, scalable talent management toolkit for libraries seeking to identify and support emerging leadership in their organizations, and to support established leaders as they progress in their careers. This is a complex initiative so the human capacity committee is seeking some brief feedback on this proposal.
