Get ready for your local election!

Municipal elections are taking place across the province on October 22nd. You and your community have the opportunity to elect your mayor, municipal councilors, as well as school trustees.

These elected officials can have a big impact on your local public and school libraries. Don’t miss this critical opportunity to capture the attention of candidates and secure their support on issues important to your library.

Make sure you’re ready to vote

Visit Voter Lookup to make sure you are on the voter list for both the municipal and school board elections in your area.

* Tip – Even if you don’t have a child in the school system, you are eligible to vote for your local school board trustee!
