Report on the 2016 SOLS Training Consultation
The final report on the training consultations SOLS undertook earlier this year has now been posted to the SOLS website. While the consultations were done for the purpose of better understanding the learning needs of public library staff, so that SOLS can develop strategies to address those needs, some of the findings have significant implications for public library staff and managers, especially those with responsibility for staff development.
