SOLS and OLS-North have pulled together an excellent guide to resources for libraries about COVID-19.
They can be found at https://resources.learnhq.ca/
This guide is meant to serve as a resources for public libraries in Ontario as libraries implement plans and decisions to respond to the spread of COVID-19. It wil be updated regularly with information from government sources, medical sources, and media articles.
As public gathering places, public libraries have a responsibility to consider the safety of members of public and staff in our facilities. This information in this guide is intended: 1) to provide information to library managers and public Library Boards that may be helpful in developing response plans, and 2) to provide a collection of links and resources that libraries may wish to use in public service.
This guide was developed by staff at Southern Ontario Library Service. Questions, suggestions, and comments can be directed to staff at SOLS consulting@sols.org or Ontario Library Service–North skills@olsn.ca.
